I am a Physical Therapist and certified Precision Nutrition and Wag Certified Nutrition Coach aiming to educate and guide individuals through their health journey. I work closely with clients to develop individualized nutritional plans that are sustainable and suitable for their current lifestyle. In addition to achieving nutritional goals, we will embark on a journey committed to self-love in every stage of the process! Let’s get started!

Nutrition coaching is 100% remote

Clients will have access to our online nutrition portal, Seismic. This is a user-friendly app that provides a variety of tools to help clients succeed in their nutrition journey. Zoom calls will also be scheduled every month to ensure proper progress and to answer any questions!

 

$200/month

My coaching is not a quick fix diet plan, but a time to incorporate sustainable lifelong changes. For these reasons, I require a 3 month commitment to ensure clients have the best chance to develop lifelong habits.
